Q: How can I trace my shipment?
A: For both air freight/sea freight, majority airlines/shipping lines will have cargo tracking info after departure.
We will also keep you updated for tracking until cargo arrive your side.
Q: How much for the insurance?
A: We offer insurance and the estimate cost is around *0.3% based on (commercial value*110%). Min usd 30/shipment.
Q: Who will do the service from destination airport/seaport to your door?
We are reliable WCA/(GAA)member, we have strong agency connection all around the world so can do the DDU/DDP at destination from airport/seaport to your door. Otherwise, if you have broker yourself you can also use yours.
Q: How to make the payment?

Q: I have products from China to Amazon /my office door, can you pls help?
A: Yes, definitely. We offer you one-stop shipping solution.
We handle cargo all around China by our worldwide network. Wherever your cargo is, we can ship it for you to any FBA address across all of North America, Europe, and Asia.
Q: Why can’t our shipment be delivered even though our ship has arrived at the destination port?
A: All LTL or sea shipment to Amazon requires an appointment with Amazon. If we do not get an appointment date, we have to wait until its booking.
Q: What we need provide when I want to check the shipping cost?
A: Amazon warehouse address or code, cargo weight, volume, value, description of goods, whether have VAT, contains battery or not, fake brand or not?
Q: Do we need to palletize shipments at the origination site or before you receive it?
A: No, not necessary. We can palletize your cargo based on Amazon requirements in our origin warehouse or at the destination warehouse.
Q: How long will take for delivery to Amazon FBA warehouse from China?
A: Different Country and different service are different transit time.
To USA & Canada, Sea freight service: 30-40 days; Air freight service: 12-15 days; Express courier service: 4-6 days.
To Europe, Sea freight service: 30-40 days; Railways service: 25-30 days; Air freight service: 12-15 days; Express courier service :4-6 days.
To Japan, Sea freight service: 12-15 days; Air freight service: 5-6 days.
To Australia, Sea freight service: 18-25 days; Air freight service: 7-10 days.
Q: If we use your shipping service to FBA, do we need purchase a continuous bond?
A: No, not necessary. We can help you if you do not have a continuous bond. You can choose to use our bond for free or we offer for purchasing continuous bond at USD500/year.
Q: Who will be IOR if we do not have a company in destination country?
A: FBA Shipping is a IOR with good credit in USA, we offer free usage for our clients.
Q: Can you provide FBA service to FBA in China?
A: Yes, we offer such services. We have our warehouse in Shenzhen, where we can provide prep services as per request.
Q: If our cargo is not in Shenzhen, can you handle it?
A: We can handle air and sea shipments from nearest airport, seaport. But for courier shipments we need get cargo to our Shenzhen warehouse first. FBA prep service can be only available in our Shenzhen warehouse.
Q: How many days will it take if we use sea or air to ship to USA FBA?
A: If by air, the transit time is around 4-7days depended on the air service you choose.
If by sea, around 4-6days is needed to make export customs and packing, the transit time from port to port is 14-20days depending on the FBA address. Roughly, it is estimated 30-40 days after we get your cargo to the time, we make appointment with Amazon.
Q: We have different friends who also do Amazon business; do you think we can ship cargo together?
A: Yes, you can. By doing so, each vendor can save his shipping costs.
Q: We have some cargo in Amazon that cannot be fulfilled due to inaccurate labeling, wrong marks or quality problems. Do you know how to solve the problem?
A: We have warehouses in USA to receive cargo so you can have Amazon return the cargo to us, we can re-label it and send it back to Amazon. We can also resell your problematic cargo with a discount price and return money to you.
Q: How do we make payments to you?
A: You can make payment to us by bank wire after shipment is cleared from customs and before we deliver to Amazon.
Q: How can we know the chargeable weight?
A: The goods will be calculated by the actual weight and the volumetric weight;
1, Gross weight of a carton is actual weight, total is multiplied by the number of cartons shipped.
Volumetric weight of a carton = LWH/ 5000, get integral, use centimeter to calculate (e.g. 20.1KGS, as 20.5KGS; 30.8KGS, as 31KGS). Total is multiplied by the numbers of carton;
2, Per above calculation, we can get the actual weight and the volumetric weight which is bigger. The bigger one will be the chargeable weight.
3, All goods arrive in Forest Shipping warehouse, we will re-measure them to get the final chargeable weight, and then we will issue INVOICE to you.
Q: What is delivery charge for remote area?
A: Remote area surcharge is applied for delivery or pick up from an area beyond airline/courier company's standard areas, which are less accessible for picking up and deliveries.
Q: Can I ship cargo to FBA Amazon warehouse without VAT、EORI 、TAX ID ?
A: Yes , we have 2 kinds service ,one is for seller who has VAT、EORI 、TAX ID, the others don’t have, can use our VAT、EORI 、TAX ID to Custom clearance.
