To ensure the safety of electronic cigarette cargo during air transport, it is necessary to take preventive measures and solutions. Our company aims to achieve this by standardizing the acceptance requirements for electronic cigarette cargo. This move will guarantee the utmost safety for our products. In line with this, our headquarters has laid out the following requirements for accepting electronic cigarette cargo. This will not only address the risks but also enhance the overall quality of our services.
Starting from October 1, 2022 at 00:00, we will temporarily not accept any identification letter indicating that liquid smoke for e-cigarette cargo is compliant with "Dangerous Goods Rules" special provisions A46 for non-restricted items. However, any previous e-cigarette shipments that have already been received and shipped prior to the policy implementation may still continue their transportation. Please take note of this new directive and comply accordingly.
Starting from October 8, 2022, at 00:00 hours, the evaluation of the air transport conditions for e-cigarette cargo must comprise a comprehensive depiction of the conformity of air transport conditions of such cargo, taking into account the risks associated with lithium batteries, liquid tobacco, tobacco sticks, and other components. It is important to note that it will no longer be acceptable to provide multiple appraisals for describing the hazards of e-cigarette components during air transport.
This notice is hereby given.
